How Do I Cancel My Order?
Did you know that you can cancel any order until it is prepared for shipment from your Orders page?
Just click the "Need to cancel this item?" link, which is above each product's image on your order and underneath the estimated ship date. You will then be taken to a new page which will prompt you to select a cancellation reason, and confirm by clicking the blue confirmation button.
If there are multiple items that you want canceled, this will have to be done for each item you are wanting canceled.
Once your order has been canceled please allow 3-5 business days for the pending authorization to be removed from your credit card.
If the item is already being processed you can get an update on the status of your order by contacting our Customer Support Team. Depending on the item, we may be able to stop a pending shipment.
Please note that promotional Credits used on a cancelled order cannot be reissued.
