Tracking not showing/no movement on tracking?

Missing Package?
If your package's tracking shows as delivered but you are not in possession of the package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and check with nearby neighbors. If the package is not found, please contact our Customer Support Team. Read article
Undeliverable Packages?
If your tracking indicates your order was returned due to the address being "Undeliverable" please contact the Customer Support Team. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered to an address you provided and you have not received notice of its return after 4 weeks from the shipped date, please contact the Customer Love team. Orders that cannot be changed.
If an order is marked shipped it cannot be changed by our Customer Support Team. If you wish to return the item(s), please contact customer love once it arrives and we will issue a return label.
